Q. How to Cancel product purchased from rcbentex.com?

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel order before dispatch from "CANCEL" button from order details page under My Account section.
You just need to give reason for cancellation, and leave rest on us.

Note - Orders can be canceled till order status not shows as “Invoiced”.

Will a cancellation charge be levied upon cancellation of order?

There will be no cancellation charges or processing fees for the customer upon order cancellation.

When do you get a refund for the cancelled order?

Payments made by all major payment modes including Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, UPI, EMI, QR, and reward points, we will refund the money in your respective payment method. Typically refunds are processed in between 7 - 10 working days after order is marked as cancelled.

Damaged Product Received or Product delivered not as per order/described on our website/App

In case of any damage/mismatch/Missing, initiate a return request within 24hours from the date/time of delivery at onlinemarketing@rcbentex.com or call customer care on +91 9818216449.

Share clear images of the following and unboxing video to process your Return Request.


1) Damage Part/Missing part as per havells.com site or outer packing description
2) Serial / IMEI number printed on product.
3) Outer packaging
4) Other supporting images

To ensure best resolution is provided to you, support team will take 2 working days to review your return request.

Under what conditions can I return my product?

Products purchased on rcbentex.com can be return under the following conditions {subject to post validation of technical/service report and after necessary approvals}:
1) Damaged Product Received.
2) Incorrect/ Wrong product delivered- Product delivered not as per order or described on rcbentex.com website
3) Incase of technical defect in the product, our representative will visit for verification and accordingly prepare a service report.
4) Incase of Missing Item/Accessories- Post investigation which may take 7 - 10 working days customer care team will contact you for best resolution and will update you on Return/Refund.

 

Under what conditions return requests will not be accepted?

a) Altered/ tampered/ used products.
b) Original packaging (retail cartons, labels, etc.) missing.
c) Self movement of product from delivery location, ground floor, etc.
d) Incase of incorrect/ missing product is reported after 24 hours from the date of delivery.

Missing Item/ Accessories

Our team will validate and arrange technician visit if required, post validation necessary action will be taken by our service team & customer care.

Will I get replacement/refund post Return of the shipment?

Post successful return, refund/ replacement will be provided.
Replacement is subject to stock availability at our nearest fulfillment warehouse.

Shipping Policy

How do I track the order status?

Upon dispatch of the Product, you will receive a notification with the details of the tracking number and the courier company. Orders may also be tracked, by clicking the ‘Your orders’ option on you My Accounts page. The order status can be tracked after 24 hours from the time of dispatch.

Do I have to pay any delivery charges?

Rcbentex Website provides free delivery on most of the items, however if the cart value is less than Rs. 750, additional shipping charges of Rs. 70 shall be added.

Where does Rcbentex Website deliver in India?

Rcbentex Website delivers at most locations within India. The website automatically indicates availability of the delivery of product on the desired pincode entered.

How will the delivery be done?

Order deliveries will be made by third-party courier and logistics companies or Postal Services.

What happens if I am not available to receive my parcel?

In case you are not present when our courier attempts to deliver your parcel, our courier partner will make 3 delivery  attempts and will also try to reach you via a phone call or SMS, failing which the product will be sent back.

If a product is undelivered and returned to its origin, you are entitled to receive a full refund.

Delivery

  • Goods receipt is required to be signed  upon delivery. Rcbentex’ takes no responsibility for goods receipt signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated in the invoice.
  • Since the monetary transactions are duly authorized by the card holder, Rcbentex does not take responsibility for any incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order.
  • Rcbentex is not responsible for any damage to products after delivery
  • All claims, if any, for damage must be reported to customer service within 24 hours of delivery through Rcbentex Customer care. Also, the said shortage of goods needs to be highlighted and signed  Goods Receipt and returned to the delivery person or provide unboxing video.
  • In case your order has not been delivered but is reflecting “Delivered” on the tracker, please highlight it within 24 hours or else we will not be able to process your request.
  • For order containing multiple Products, delivery may be made in multiple shipments. Delivery usually takes 5-7 business days from the date of order placement. Upon placement of the order, the estimated shipping and delivery timelines shall be available on order details page. The estimated delivery times are indicative, hence there may be some unforeseeable delays, which are beyond our control. In the event, the Rcbentex through Courier Company is unable to deliver the Product within the estimated delivery date due to any reason, you will be notified by an e-mail, the reason for such delay. You will have the right either to cancel the ordered Product or wait for the Product to be delivered. Please note that your order will be cancelled due to: (i) unavailability of the Product ordered; or (ii) at your instructions, in the event of failure to deliver the Product on the expected time of delivery by our delivery partners. You agree that the Rcbentex shall not be liable to pay for any damage or loss either direct or indirect owing to such cancellation of the order or delay in delivery.

Pricing and Availability:

The Prices and availability of the Products, offers and services provided or offered on the Website are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of the Rcbentex. The prices displayed at the Website are inclusive of goods and sales tax (“GST”), but do not include a delivery charge. Prices and offers in offline store and independent E Commerce Entities and portals other than the Website may vary from the prices displayed on the Rcbentex Website.
